Gaining valuable experiences as a loan originator with a Fortune 500 bank, a top Austin correspondent lender and a regional state bank, he has been able to successfully manage the tumultuous changes in the mortgage industry everyone experienced after the financial collapse of 2008. During his career, he has closed over 700 transactions totaling in excess of $150M. With his ability to handle all aspects of a mortgage transaction, from the first time homebuyer to sophisticated investors, Joe is able to provide a wide spectrum of financing options that work in today’s volatile mortgage climate.
